We are headed by two seasoned real estate marketing professionals, Matthew Pesklewis and Jenny Wun. With 30+ years of project marketing and sales expertise, we have a proven track record of helping a variety of developers achieve their project pre-sale goals. Jenny has a reputation as one of the top salespeople in the lower mainland with sales experience on over 40 projects in her 18+ year career. She has led countless marketing campaigns and builds and leads cohesive top performing sales teams. If she isn't travelling the world, you will find her in her natural environment developing sales programs where her YES attitude knows no bounds curating the ultimate customer experience.

Call her a rainmaker if you will, Jenny brings an endearing personality and her enthusiasm shines working with clients, associates, and management. Over her career, she’s proven to be a resourceful professional with a record of achievements including Top Producer in the Medallion Club, Finalist for Businessperson of the Year, and Best Realtor® year after year.

Meet Matthew Pesklewis

MARKETING STRATEGIST

Matthew brings over 25-years of brand development and project marketing success with expertise honed while working with some of the best advertising firms, biggest brands, seasoned developers and project marketing companies. He spent almost a decade at two of the top project marketing firms.

Matthew brings a holistic understanding of the foundational tenets of real estate project sales and marketing and is well versed and practiced in the training and implementation of program logistics for project sales teams. His varied and rare amalgam of left and right brain real estate thinking makes him a unique type. He is one of a relatively small group of individuals bringing decades of cross-disciplinary thinking, passion and expertise to the high-stakes world of real estate project marketing.
