Early entry into an emerging, but still unproven neighbourhood is never an easy undertaking. The marketing approach was to speak to the Independent spirit of local area residents.
The showcase presentation centre space was made featuring mid-century modern interior furnishings, highlighting a unique modular storage system in the large 1 bedroom units. The absorption proved strong among the local area residents.
